- Do I need an account to buy Made In?
In order to place your order you need to register on the site.
- How can I create a MadeIn account?
To create your Made In account, simply click on the Login / Registration button at the top, and then register in the left slice, filling in your personal information. Click on the 'Register' button and you're done!
- I forgot the password. And now?
To retrieve your pass word, press the LOgin / Registration button at the top and do 'Recover Password'.
- How long does it take to send the order?
Orders are sent within a maximum of 10 working days for terms or articles in different warehouses, which may delay the sending of the same.
- How can I make a purchase?
Buying Made In is easy. Follow the steps below:
- Choose your favorite models by category at the top of our site;
- Choose the models and click to see more photos and colors available;
- Add to cart. You can continue to buy or finalize your purchase;
- Once you initialize the process of your order, sign in to your account;
- confirm that all the information is correct, including shipping address, shipping and payment method;
- You will receive an email with the order confirmation.
- How can I pay for my order?
Payment for your order can be made in two different ways. We have the payment by bank transfer (the data for payment are sent in the email of order information) and by HiPay Wallet (Visa / MasterCard).
- Can I exchange / return the item I purchased?
You can exchange / return your order if it is made within 15 days of receipt of the order. The item / s will have to be sent to our facilities. Along with your order is a Return Form with all the data and procedures for the exchange / return.
- Does Made In ship internationally?
Yes, we ship out of Portugal. For countries where customs duties are levied, Made In is not responsible for these costs.
